Sadly, 50 Australians are diagnosed with Parkinsons every single day, and there is currently no cure. I'm doing my part to change this by getting active and fundraising for people impacted by Parkinson's.

The Night Shift
Friday 7th Aug So there I was at 2:00am peddling away amongst a representation of the SANFL clubs, looking like a rookie debutant at his first league game.Left everything on the bike to the point I couldn't stand up for a minute after I got off it! Recovery was pretty good though (no soreness). And for my age, a respectable 30.2kms in an hour. Share
